Our newly renovated fitness center features cardio training equipment to rev your heart rate and fire up your metabolism for calorie-scorching, muscle-toning exercise. There are rows of machines (like ellipticals, treadmills, upright and recumbent bikes, stair steppers, arc trainers, and rowers), for a no-wait workout that fits any tight schedule.

The Spin Studio features Life Fitness cycles that deliver real-time data like heart rate, RPMs, exercise duration, and intensity level. While riding your bike outdoors can be refreshing and scenic, indoor cycling allows for more precise heart rate training in a clean, comfortable (and climate-controlled) environment.

Still want to climb hills and sprint across flats? You can! Our instructor-led group cycling classes in Pittsburgh are demanding as you take on challenging and intense landscapes!

Even though you’re working out inside our gym, you’re still pushing yourself and you’ll still sweat — which means you still need to take precautions to protect your body. Hydrate before, during and after your exercise; listen to your body for signs of overheating (such as muscle cramps, excessive thirst or lightheadedness); and acknowledge your limits.

When it’s time to cool down, you’re just a few steps away from our refreshing smoothie bar, clean locker rooms, and cooling showers.
