Every member of our gym in Pittsburgh is unique, with varying preferences for training and motivation. Some prefer to interact with a group while others need one-on-one guidance. Our fitness family understands, and that’s why we offer two different options for training at Alexander’s Athletic Club.
Personal training is the opportunity to work one-on-one with a trainer for a customized fitness experience. You’ll have help identifying your goals and planning a routine to achieve them. Your trainer will also hold you accountable and keep you motivated and excited to keep going — and succeed!
Small group training limits class size, so you’ll still have a more personal experience as you train, but the group’s dynamic will keep you energized and on your toes!
