We’re not a one-size-fits-all gym in Pittsburgh! We offer different ways for our members to exercise and train — from the individual coaching of personal training to the dynamic energy of group fitness. Small group training is an option right in between.
Small group training is a great alternative to working out solo on our single station equipment; and because class sizes are limited, it provides more instructor interaction along with the support and camaraderie of other members. It’s more personal than large group exercise, but never boring!
