Held in our spacious spin studio, indoor cycling classes are low impact workouts that increase stamina, tighten and tones muscles, and help you shed those extra pounds. Work out at your own pace or challenge yourself to keep up with the pack!

Your age, fitness level, and gym experience won’t matter. If you can ride a bike, you can hop on an indoor cycle at our Pittsburgh gym! The weather won’t matter, either, because our stationary bikes are in a comfortable, climate-controlled environment. (There’s a heat wave? Don’t worry about it!)
